Talentiqa, a Prague-based recruitment automation startup founded in 2021 by Marek Dian and Miro Šmelko, has raised €1 million in a Seed funding round to enhance its AI-powered hiring assistant. The investment was equally contributed by Purple Ventures , a Brno-based venture capital firm focusing on early-stage tech startups, and the Venture to Future Fund , a Slovak fund investing in innovative SMEs across Europe. Talentiqa's platform automates the initial stages of recruitment by conducting AI-driven pre-screening and chat interviews, efficiently verifying candidate details such as availability and location. The technology is already utilized by major companies including ČEZ, Raiffeisenbank, Bageterie Boulevard, and Manpower. With this funding, Talentiqa aims to expand its AI recruitment technology across Europe and beyond, integrating seamlessly with standard HR systems to streamline hiring processes.
