London-based AI infrastructure startup NexGen Cloud has raised €41.1 million in a Series A funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to €323.36 million . The investment, led by high-net-worth individuals and family trusts, will support the company's expansion of its sovereign AI infrastructure in Europe. Since launching its Hyperstack platform in 2023, NexGen Cloud has experienced a 380% increase in AI cloud revenue, generating €83.9 million over the past year. The company now serves over 10,000 enterprise users, including Red Hat, Ingenix.AI, Tyne, and ArchiLabs. NexGen Cloud plans to utilize the funds to scale its infrastructure, enhance its Full Stack Cloud capabilities, and introduce new AI products that enable enterprises to integrate AI across the entire development cycle
