## What Newnex is

Newnex is an invite-only network where institutional investors share private deal flow with peers they already trust. Every deal is referred from a member's portfolio or active investments. There is no marketplace, no algorithmic matching, and no scanning of public deal lists.

## Who is on the network

- **VC investors (GPs)** — funds syndicating Series A through growth, sharing follow-ons and co-investment with peer funds.
- **LP investors** — limited partners deploying into venture, referring fund managers to peer LPs and co-investing in deals run by their managers.
- **Family offices** — single and multi-family offices building direct venture exposure alongside fund commitments.
- **Startups** — verified founders raising rounds through warm references from VCs already on the network.

## How Newnex works
